Scope of Works NT Gov is seeking an experienced Integration (.NET) developer - 12 months to support the development of integrations for the RevConnect finance project. The .NET developer is required to undertake technical design and development of a key integrated solution to an existing .NET / SQL application build. Essential Skills And Experience 5+ years experience in C#/.NET development.5+ years experience building and supporting systems integrationsExperience with integration between two or more systems (preferably with 2-way data interchange with at least onesystem)Demonstrated experience with .NET Framework and .NET (Core/.NET 6+)Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML and integration patterns.Git and CI/CD experience.Demonstrated skill in writing unit tests.Demonstrated skill in issue tracking toolsets such as JIRA.Experience working with a business analyst during requirements gathering.Experience in technical architecture design, application development and programming to develop well designedsolutions.Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experienceWell-developed organisational skills with ability to work within a project team to deliver solutions within agreedtimeframes while maintaining quality standards. Desirable Skills And Experience Demonstrated skills with developing desktop applications in WPF/XAML/web apps, SPAUnderstand the concept of Dependency InjectionExperience with unit testing and continuous integrationExperience with writing and reading technical documentation including database models, functional specifications andtechnical designsUnderstanding of system architecture (Client application, presentation layer, business layer [object mapping], servicelayer, data layer and the database)Understanding of VM infrastructure, setting up environments, web servers, databases, service accounts and DNS* Understanding of basic network designUnderstanding of security and how it is applied for internal and external and security implementation Personal Qualities required of Candidate(s) High level social and written skills with ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.Ability to work in a team environment with members of diverse cultures and backgrounds.Self-starter with high personal drive and a positive attitude.Disciplined and accountable for supporting and maintaining work products.Behaves in a respectful and professional manner, maintaining high integrity and transparency when delivering work.Excellent problem solver and critical thinker.Promote teamwork and collaboration by engaging stakeholders and team members.Services Personnel are also expected to abide (and confirm they will) by DCDD Corporate Values of Honesty,Professional, Respectful, Accountable and Innovative.
