We seek a technical lead to help develop our industry leading blast design CAD products.
You’ll work in a diverse team that takes pride in rapidly delivering high-quality products to our customers.
Your role will involve guiding a small team of developers while working with Product Managers, Engineers, Business Analysts, UX and Subject Matter Experts.
You will be based in Australia and work with other teams geographically distributed across Australia and overseas.

What you will be doing
Leading and mentoring a small team of developers.Owning the technical conversation with Product and UX.Setting the architecture and quality bar for the product.Breaking large problems into work the team can ship.Collaborating with a cross functional team to build products our customers love.Using and writing cutting-edge algorithms.Building 3d and 2d user experiences that delight customers.Working with a supportive remote team on flexible work arrangements.
What you will bring
Experience leading or mentoring a small development teamConfidence communicating technical trade-offs to Product and UXA track record of making and owning architectural decisionsProficiency in C# or similar programming languagesExperience with large 3D datasets and spatial algorithm developmentUnderstanding of 3D rendering fundamentals and low-level graphics APIs such as OpenGL, DirectX, or VulkanUser interface and workflow design experience, with a focus on usability and performanceAbility to write high-performance algorithms for computationally intensive tasksProven success in cross-functional team environments, delivering robust and high-quality software solutionsExperience developing mining software or working within mining-related domainsBasic knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Familiarity with 3D modelling or CAD tools, such as Blender, AutoCAD, or similar platforms
