Description

Company Overview: We are partnering with an Award-Winning AI-Native Marketing OS that helps enterprise marketing teams orchestrate agents to scale personalized campaigns with 5% of costs and time. Your Role: As a Full Stack Developer, you will work with co-founders and AI engineers to create a platform OS where agents live, operate and collaborate. This position is ideal for those who enjoy owning features end-to-end and working with AI-driven modern tech stack. Responsibility: • Design, develop, and maintain a platform for marketing asset generation and data management • Build responsive and accessible UI in React with TypeScript • Optimized system performance, error handling, and UX across the end-to-end creative workflow to increase platform stability and user efficiency • Improve platform reliability by writing comprehensive unit/integration tests, configuring CI/CD pipelines, and setting up system monitoring and alerting • Close collaboration with business and technical teams Required skill: • Minimum of 2 years as a developer • Indonesian citizen • High English Proficiency (comfortable working in a full english speaking environment) • Frontend Development: Proficient in React and TypeScript (or similar modern frontend frameworks) • Backend Development: Solid experience in Express.js and designing scalable RESTful APIs • Databases: Hands-on experience with both relational (PostgreSǪL) and non-relational (MongoDB) database systems. • DevOps G Workflow Tools: Proficient with Git version control and basic CI/CD deployment pipelines. • Product-Minded: UX sensibilities and an eye for detail in creative tools Nice to have skill: • Background jobs/queues (e.g. Celery for Python, Amazon SǪS/Simple Ǫueue Service) • Docker and AWS deployment, observability (OpenTelemetry, Sentry) • Basic knowledge of AI/ML integration workflows (LLM/image generation APIs) Benefit: • Monthly salary of IDR 18 million (negotiable) • Employee Share Options.
