Senior Software Engineer – Hybrid Melbourne CBD / Sydney CBD – $160k–$200k + Super + ESOP A high-growth, product-led fintech is hiring multiple Software Engineers of varying levels to help build a next-generation platform at the forefront of agentic AI. What you’ll be doing Design, build and ship end-to-end features across web and mobile platformsDevelop and scale agentic AI-driven systems and workflowsCollaborate closely with product and design to deliver high-impact solutionsContribute to system architecture and technical decision-makingWrite clean, maintainable and well-tested code What we’re looking for Strong experience across modern engineering stacks (TypeScript, Node.js, React or similar)Experience building scalable systems (microservices, event-driven architectures)Interest or exposure to AI, machine learning or data-intensive systemsStrong problem-solving ability with high learning agilityComfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environment About weave.
