You'll architect and roll out large scale infrastructure projects independently, help define our technical roadmap, and work directly with the founders to improve reliability, security, and performance. Our current focus areas include infrastructure for agent orchestration, agent sandboxing, and hosted MCP services. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to solve challenging infrastructure problems at a company at the edge of AI. What You'll Do Architect, implement, and roll out large-scale infrastructure projects independentlyBuild and scale infrastructure supporting agent orchestration, agent sandboxing, and hosted MCP servicesHelp define the technical roadmap and speak directly with customers to inform prioritiesWork directly with the founders to improve the reliability and scalability of our infrastructureDesign and maintain Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure on GCPEnsure high availability, security, observability, and performance across our systems What You Bring Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Redis, GCP, Terraform, Prometheus, and CI/CDA track record of owning infrastructure at scale in a fast-moving environmentStrong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to own projects from architecture through productionComfort working in a small team where ownership, autonomy, and speed are expectedStrong communication skills, including the ability to speak with customers and collaborate directly with founders Bonus Experience at a high-growth startup scaling infrastructure rapidlyExposure to AI/ML infrastructure and model servingExperience with agent orchestration, sandboxing, MCP, or related distributed systems Benefits Highly competitive salary and meaningful equityGenerous paid time off: 24 days for SF employees and 20 days globally, use them as you need$350/month wellness benefit to spend on gym, spa, equipment, or whatever keeps you at your best15 days of temporary remote work flexibility per year401k match up to 6% Compensation Range: $185K - $285K
