Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Java development (10+ years).
Experience in building 24x7 active-active, highly available platforms.
Working knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, Maven, and Jenkins.
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools including Bitbucket, Crowd, Jenkins, Ansible Tower, SonarQube, Artifactory, and XLR.
Strong experience in database design and development using Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
Proficiency in UNIX/Linux environments.
Good understanding of Agile methodologies and Agile at Scale frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience in Data Engineering and data pipeline development.
Prior exposure to Investment Banking / Financial Services IT domain.
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and develop highly available, fault-tolerant active-active systems to meet SLA and regulatory requirements.
Deliver new features and enhancements for existing enterprise applications.
Take end-to-end ownership of delivery across: Requirements gathering Solution design Development and testing Deployment and production support Collaborate with software engineering, infrastructure, and production support teams to ensure application stability.
Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
Contribute to the implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues ensuring minimal downtime.
Participate in release cycles, deployments, and post-production support activities.
Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Drive continuous improvements in system resilience and operational efficiency.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders on status, risks, and deliverables.
