Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance RESTful Web APIs using C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET 10.Lead backend development initiatives and provide technical guidance on application architecture, design patterns, coding standards, and best practices.Design and implement scalable microservices-based architectures, API gateways, and distributed applications.Optimize APIs and backend services for performance, scalability, reliability, and security.Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases, including complex queries, stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning, and database design.Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth 2.0, JWT, RBAC, Azure AD/Entra ID, and other identity-management solutions.Collaborate with frontend teams, including Angular, to design and integrate RESTful APIs.Design and implement secure solutions using Azure Key Vault and other Azure security services.Troubleshoot complex production issues using Application Insights, Azure Monitor, logging, tracing, and debugging tools.Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and technical design discussions.Work closely with product managers, architects, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Skills
10–15 years of professional software development experience, with strong experience in backend development.Strong expertise in .NET Core/.NET 10+, ASP.NET Core Web API.Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server — mandatory, including database design, complex SQL queries, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.Experience with authentication, authorization, OAuth2, JWT, RBAC, and identity management.Experience with Azure Key Vault and cloud security best practices.Experience with Microservices architecture, API Gateway, Docker, and Kubernetes.Hands-on AI/Generative AI experience, including integration with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, or other LLM-based services.

Annual Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
