About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer III to join our dynamic team at HireTalent. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of sophisticated frontend solutions for our clients, focusing on Sitecore JSS and Next.js frameworks. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating scalable, high-performance web applications that deliver seamless user experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, UI/UX designers, and QA specialists, to ensure the delivery of robust and secure digital solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects utilizing the latest technologies, including React, TypeScript, and Next.js, within an agile environment that values continuous improvement and technical excellence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in frontend development.Proficiency in React, TypeScript, SCSS, and JavaScript ES6+.Hands-on experience with Sitecore JSS and Next.js frameworks.Strong understanding of SSR, SSG, and ISR concepts and implementation.Experience setting up and managing build tools, CI/CD pipelines, and development environments.Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest and end-to-end testing methodologies.Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques and security best practices.Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment. Responsibilities Lead the initial setup and configuration of Sitecore JSS and Next.js TypeScript projects, ensuring best practices are followed for scalability and maintainability.Integrate Next.js frameworks such as SSR, SSG, and ISR to optimize website performance and user experience.Configure build tools, CI/CD pipelines, and development environments to streamline deployment processes.Develop dynamic, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and SCSS, ensuring seamless integration with Sitecore Experience Editor for real-time content editing.Create reusable components, hooks, and implement React state management solutions to enhance code efficiency and maintainability.Write comprehensive unit tests with Jest and perform end-to-end testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough test coverage and resolve issues proactively.Optimize frontend performance by applying Next.js best practices, including code-splitting and lazy-loading techniques.Implement and maintain robust security measures, including Content Security Policies, to safeguard client-side applications.Enhance SEO performance through optimized server-side rendering and static site generation strategies.Work closely with backend developers to ensure API integration and data flow are seamless and efficient.Partner with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups into high-quality, responsive code.Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and Agile ceremonies to promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
