About The Role We are seeking a motivated, career-oriented Front End Software Developer to join our team in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will leverage your extensive technical expertise to develop next-generation web-based and desktop applications. Your primary focus will be on enhancing user interfaces with advanced tools and capabilities, ensuring that mission-critical data remains accessible, intuitive, and secure for all users. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background and extensive experience in web development. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience working with a modern web technology stack, demonstrating proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Additionally, a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in web application development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is essential. Experience with RESTful APIs and relational databases is also required. A solid understanding of UI/UX design principles, along with the ability to translate wireframes into functional code, is highly desirable. Candidates must also have excellent troubleshooting skills related to cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization. Responsibilities Design, prototype, develop, and implement web and desktop applications utilizing modern programming technologies.Create and build intuitive user interfaces following current UX/UI standards to enhance user experience.Utilize JavaScript, HTML, HTML5, and CSS to develop responsive, high-performance interfaces adaptable across various devices and browsers.Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Integrators, Data Scientists, and Database Engineers to troubleshoot and optimize interface capabilities.Work directly with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and enhance the overall user experience.Develop and integrate with RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless data flow between front-end applications and back-end systems.Recommend and implement UI capabilities, ensuring compatibility across multiple browsers and platforms through effective troubleshooting techniques.
