Harris Hill is delighted to be supporting an award-winning charity with a strong focus on technology and innovation in the appointment of a Technical Product Manager.
This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity for a technical product professional who wants to use their skills to deliver innovative digital products that make a real difference.
📍 Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in a London office
💰 Salary: £40,000–£50,000, dependent on experience
What will you be doing?
You’ll take ownership of the technical delivery of products and new innovations across face-to-face, e-commerce and mobile channels, working with internal teams, external partners and technology providers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing technical support to partners and merchants across the product rangeOwning product and technical documentation from creation through to maintenanceScoping requirements and managing end-to-end and UAT testingDelivering product development projects on time and to a high standardChampioning best-practice UX/UI and customer donation journeysDeveloping and maintaining a product roadmap aligned with business priorities and customer needsWorking across APIs, e-commerce integrations, Android applications and different payment channelsKeeping up to date with emerging payment technologies, trends and customer behavioursManaging external developers, technology partners and vendorsWorking closely with stakeholders to define, prioritise and communicate product requirements
What are we looking for?
You’ll bring experience in technical product management and a strong understanding of the development lifecycle, ideally including:
🔹 Agile and sprint-based delivery
🔹 Project management, prioritisation and requirements scoping
🔹 UAT and end-to-end technical testing
🔹 Test case design and tools such as Jira and Postman
🔹 HTTP/HTTPS, APIs and JSON/XML
🔹 E-commerce integrations, Android applications, UX/UI and customer journeys
🔹 Managing external developers, technology partners or vendors
🔹 Producing clear, high-quality product and technical documentation
You’ll be an analytical, proactive problem-solver who is comfortable working on technically demanding projects, managing competing priorities and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
Most importantly, you’ll be someone who enjoys taking ownership — from initial scoping through to successful delivery — while keeping the customer at the heart of what you do.
