Job Description
We are seeking a Cloud / Platform Mobilization SME to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AWS, Kubernetes, Splunk and observability, Terraform and IaC, CI/CD, and application integrations, and a proven ability to deliver technical knowledge transfer, build runbooks, align observability, and enable SRE and offshore teams for production operations.
Responsibilities:
Lead architecture discovery and document current and target state across cloud and platform services.Align AWS, Kubernetes, and Splunk configurations with enterprise standards for observability and reliability.Develop and maintain technical runbooks, support playbooks, and operational procedures.Conduct technical knowledge transfer and enablement for Tier 3 and offshore teams.Implement and refine observability practices, dashboards, alerts, and logging.Map applications and integrations, including APIs and data flows, and document interface dependencies.Support production operations readiness and SRE practices, including incident and problem management.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Broad cloud and platform expertise across AWS, Kubernetes, and Splunk with strong observability skills.Hands-on experience with Terraform or other IaC tools and CI/CD pipelines.Proficiency with APIs, integrations, and application platforms such as Salesforce.Background in production operations, SRE practices, and incident response.Ability to create technical documentation and operational runbooks with clarity.Effective communication and collaboration with onshore and offshore teams.Experience level: 5+ years in cloud, platform operations, or site reliability engineering roles.Preferred Skills:
Experience in regulated environments with HIPAA and ePHI considerations.Familiarity with application and integration mapping tools and practices.
