Senior .NET Developer

Project: Subscription Renewal. The portal for managing resellers of licenses (Microsoft, Adobe, AutoCAD). The main functionality will be to automate the renewal process, simplify adding new partners (e.g., Microsoft, Adobe), and engage resellers. TD SYNNEX is a global IT distributor that connects technology vendors with partner companies, providing procurement, licensing, logistics, cloud solutions, and support for enterprise IT ecosystems. This represents a significant business opportunity, as subscription-based licensing is a key revenue driver for TD SYNNEX. Often, customers are not fully aware of the licenses they already own or of the additional products and capabilities available to them. TD SYNNEX also uses this opportunity to recommend and sell complementary products and services. Scope of the initiative This initiative involves working with large volumes of data and delivering new functionality focused on usage visibility, optimization, and expansion opportunities. It require also: Experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot or similar) to improve productivity and code quality. Ability to effectively leverage AI assistants in daily development workflows (code generation, refactoring, debugging, documentation) Key Responsibilities Software Development Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using C# and ASP.NET.Contribute as an active member of the development team, taking ownership of feature implementation and bug fixes. Estimate, plan, and deliver development tasks alongside other engineers.Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices. Technical Leadership Provide technical guidance and support to team members.Lead technical discussions and participate in architecture and design decisions.Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and engineering best practices. Drive improvements in application architecture, performance, maintainability, and reliability. Coordinate technical activities with other engineering teams when cross-team collaboration is required. Team Ownership Take responsibility for the technical quality of the team's deliverables.Ensure work is distributed effectively while maintaining accountability for delivery outcomes. Support engineers in resolving complex technical issues.Promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement. Release Management Coordinate technical aspects of software releases.Prepare and tag release candidates.Complete required technical documentation for releases.Participate in the team's release rotation, including scheduled bi-weekly releases and occasional hotfix deployments. Cloud & Operations Support application observability, monitoring, and diagnostics in cloud environments. Investigate production issues using logs, metrics, and tracing data.Contribute to improving system reliability and operational excellence. Required Qualifications Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET/.NET Core.Experience developing web applications using ASP.NET Core.Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles. Experience designing scalable and maintainable application architectures.Strong knowledge of Dependency Injection (DI), dependency lifetimes, and inversion of control. Deep understanding of asynchronous programming using async/await, including performance considerations and common pitfalls. Good understanding of exception handling, logging, and troubleshooting production issues. Experience implementing and using observability solutions in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP), including logging, metrics, and monitoring. Experience with MongoDB and understanding of document databases compared to relational databases. Experience working with relational databases and data migration strategies.Understanding of the ASP.NET Core request pipeline and middleware architecture. Experience performing code reviews and identifying code quality, performance, and maintainability issues.
