Role Description The Technical Product Manager is responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for Triton's mobile applications, integration capabilities, and external API platform. The role requires a strong understanding of software platforms, APIs, systems integration, and mobile technologies to translate customer, partner, operational, and business needs into scalable product solutions. Working closely with Product Owners, Engineering, customers, partners, and business leadership, the Technical Product Manager balances customer value, technical feasibility, and commercial priorities to deliver measurable business outcomes. Strong technical aptitude, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills are essential. Success in this role requires the ability to simplify complex technical concepts, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and manage product initiatives involving multiple systems, external partners, and evolving technologies. Responsibilities Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Triton's mobile applications, integration capabilities, and external API platform.Lead product discovery by working closely with customers, partners, internal stakeholders, and Engineering to identify technical product opportunities and define scalable solutions.Own the product lifecycle for customer, partner, and public sector integrations, ensuring solutions are reusable, supportable, and aligned with Triton's long-term product strategy.Define and manage the Open API roadmap, including API capabilities, documentation, versioning, developer experience, and partner enablement.Partner with Product Owners to translate roadmap initiatives into well-defined epics, user stories, and release plans.Evaluate customer requests, technical requirements, and business priorities to make informed roadmap and sequencing decisions.Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture to ensure product decisions balance customer value, technical feasibility, scalability, security, and operational supportability.Act as the primary Product representative for technical discussions with customers, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding integrations, APIs, and mobile capabilities.Define and monitor product success metrics, including adoption, utilization, reliability, implementation effort, customer value, and business outcomes.Identify opportunities to leverage AI-enabled capabilities within mobile applications, integrations, APIs, and customer workflows, developing clear business cases and success measures for proposed initiatives.Communicate product priorities, technical trade-offs, roadmap decisions, and delivery status clearly to stakeholders and leadership across the business.Drive continuous improvement across the mobile and integration portfolio by incorporating customer feedback, operational insights, usage analytics, and market trends into future roadmap decisions. Required Qualifications 5+ years of product management experience within SaaS, enterprise software, mobile applications, APIs, system integrations, or other technically complex software environments.Demonstrated experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and product outcomes for technical products or platforms.Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, system integrations, authentication methods, data exchange, software architecture concepts, and modern cloud-based application environments.Experience managing customer, partner, or third-party integrations through discovery, delivery, implementation, and ongoing optimization.Experience working with mobile applications, including defining user requirements, managing product roadmaps, and improving customer experience across mobile platforms.Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies and experience partnering closely with Product Owners and Engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.Demonstrated experience leading technical product discovery, gathering requirements, evaluating solution alternatives, and balancing customer needs with technical feasibility and commercial priorities.Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including customers, partners, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience defining and monitoring KPIs, product adoption, customer value, and business outcomes.Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, API documentation tools, and product management platforms.Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or equivalent) to support research, analysis, documentation, product planning, and decision-making while validating outputs and adhering to organizational security and privacy standards.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
