Description
About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy.
We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers.
From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel.
Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The role
We are looking for a structured and proactive Technical Program Manager to improve how Cloud Support works with Engineering, Product, and other technical teams at Nebius.
Our Support organization helps customers operate complex cloud environments and depends on clear technical ownership, effective escalation paths, strong operational readiness, and the right internal tooling.
Your mission is to make these interfaces predictable, well-defined, and scalable.
You will own the technical operating processes around Support, including the escalation framework and support readiness for new products and services.
You will stay close to significant incidents, identify when cross-team action is required, and ensure that lessons affecting our processes are translated into concrete improvements.
You will also coordinate technical and operational requirements, dependencies, rollout, and enablement for Support tools.
This is a technical program management role.
You will work directly with Support engineers, Product, and Engineering on service dependencies, technical ownership, escalation paths, diagnostics, and operational readiness.
You should be able to understand technical problems and system interactions deeply enough to identify gaps, challenge incomplete processes, and bring the right technical owners together.
You’re welcome to work from our Amsterdam office or remotely from any location within the EU.
Your responsibilities will include:
Own and evolve the technical escalation framework between Cloud Support, Engineering, Product, and service owners.
Stay close to significant incidents, surface cross-team risks, and drive resulting process improvements to completion.
Drive Support readiness for new products and services, including ownership, escalation routes, documentation, and team enablement.
Gather technical and operational requirements for Support tools and coordinate dependencies, rollout, and enablement.
Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve how Support works with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams.
Design, document, implement, and maintain processes, procedures, playbooks, templates, and operational documentation.
Identify recurring gaps, define improvements and success metrics, and ensure changes are adopted.
We expect you to have:
5+ years of experience in technical program management, technical project management, technical delivery, or a related role.
Experience with incident management and technical escalation management.
Strong technical fluency and the ability to understand service architecture, system dependencies, technical ownership, and operational constraints.
Experience working directly with engineering teams to turn technical problems and dependencies into clear actions and process changes.
Proven experience identifying, designing, implementing, and measuring operational process improvements.
Ability to read, understand, and write technical documentation for engineering and operational audiences.
Experience creating and maintaining processes, procedures, playbooks, templates, and operational documentation.
Working knowledge of Jira workflows, automation, dashboards, and reporting, with the ability to configure them when needed.
A proactive approach to identifying problems and driving them through to resolution.
Fluent English.
It will be an added bonus if you have:
Experience working with cloud infrastructure or large-scale distributed systems.
Experience with Technical Support, Customer Engineering, cloud operations, or service delivery.
Familiarity with compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes, or other cloud infrastructure services.
Knowledge of service delivery methodologies and frameworks such as PMI, ITIL, or Agile.
Experience working in a globally distributed technology organization.
