As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will help create impactful digital learning experiences that support colleagues across the international Eurofins network. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to global projects while developing expertise in digital learning and stakeholder collaboration. In this role, you will: Lead the coordination of learning initiatives, managing timelines, stakeholders, and project delivery to ensure the successful development and deployment of engaging training solutions. Design and develop engaging e-learning courses, following established learning standards and internal processes. Create supporting learning materials such as user guides, quick reference guides, manuals and handouts. Update and implement multilingual versions of e-learning courses using translation resources. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of learning content, processes and the overall learner experience across the Eurofins network. We’re looking for a permanent candidate or V.I.E candidate. The V.I.E programme enables European Economic Area (EEA) nationals aged 18-28 to gain professional experience abroad through a 12-month assignment, renewable under programme conditions. Qualifications Education: Master's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Science, Engineering or a related field. Languages: Excellent English is required. Other languages are considered a plus. We're looking for someone who: Is eager to learn and develop in Learning & Development and project coordination. Can manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Enjoys collaborating with diverse stakeholders in an international environment. Has strong communication and relationship-building skills. Is comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks. Experience in training, facilitation, teaching or e-learning development is considered a plus. IT Skills: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Previous experience with Articulate Storyline360, or any alternative e-learning authoring tool (e.g. Articulate Rise360, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, Elucidat etc.) is a plus.
