A fast-growing Stockholm tech company is hiring its first Business Development Representative for the DACH market. Workwide is running the search. The company helps several thousand companies worldwide scale their tech teams with vetted specialists in software development, data and AI. Why Stockholm Spotify, Klarna and King all came out of a city of roughly one million people, and Stockholm remains one of the most unicorn-dense places in Europe. The working language across the tech scene is English, so you do not need Swedish. A few years selling tech here leaves you with a network that travels across Europe. The team itself is around 100 people from more than 20 countries. The role You own first contact for prospects in Germany, Austria and Switzerland: CTOs, VPs of Engineering and Development Managers at companies with 50 to 2,000 employees. You qualify them and hand the meetings to the Account Executives. Around half your accounts you research yourself in Sales Navigator, the rest comes from prepared target lists. The core of the job is 300 calls per week, the one non-negotiable target, supported by LinkedIn sequences through Lemlist and personalised email. You are the first DACH hire, joining two BDRs covering the Nordics and one covering UK and Ireland. What you bring German at native level and fluent EnglishProven cold outreach experience in sales, business development or lead generationGenuine appetite for high activity, and openness to feedbackReal interest in technology and AI, and in using new AI tools in your workflowReadiness to move to Stockholm and work from the office four days a week What is on offer 33,000 to 37,000 SEK per month total OTE, including on-target commissionA three-month ramp with targets that increase step by step, supported by training, 1:1s and workshopsA clear path from BDR to Senior BDR to Account Executive, typically one to two yearsPermanent contract, 40 hours, six-month probationBreakfast daily, snacks and drinks in the office, an annual company trip, a paid day off on your birthday, and guidance through the practical side of moving Process All stages run by video, around 30 minutes each, so you can go through the process from Germany: a first call with Workwide, an interview with the Hiring Manager, a short case, and a final interview with the CCO.
