Enablement Specialist

Shoptet is the largest e-commerce platform in the CEE region, helping thousands of people turn their business dreams into reality. We support everyone from small sellers to well-known brands in succeeding in e-commerce.Context:We're building a leaner version of Shoptet built for expanding into new markets across Europe, one country at a time. In each new market, we'll work with a local team.blue partner who sells and supports the product to end customers. Your job: make sure that partner's support team knows how to do that, from day one.You'll join the Knowledge and Enablement team, led by Zdeněk Svačina, working alongside Martin Sihelský, who owns our help center and knowledge base. Martin's world is knowledge — yours is enablement: turning that knowledge into training and onboarding that gets a new partner team running fast, and repeatable enough for the next country.What awaits you:First country is planned for early next year, and you'll likely be involved from very early on in your onboarding. The enablement setup is already starting to take shape, but there's still plenty to define, test, and improve. You'll design and create learning paths, training formats, and the materials that support them. Expect a fair amount of green-field work, a strong AI angle (you'll design your own workflows and tools rather than just consuming them), and direct exposure to markets across Europe.Your agenda:Design and run onboarding/training for a partners' L1 support teamsBuild a repeatable onboarding framework for future marketsCreate training content and workflows using AI toolsContribute to a shared knowledge base with Zdeněk and Martin (Confluence + local help centers)Run recurring training sessions for partner support teamsTravel occasionally for in-person onboarding sessionsWork independently — no team to lean on, at least at firstHiring Process1st round: Introductory conversation with our Recruiter, Nhung.Take-home case study: Complete a practical assignment in your own time.2nd round: Present your case study and discuss your solution with the wider team.Who we're looking for:Prague basedExcellent written and spoken English (C1) — Czech/Slovak not requiredTraining or knowledge transfer experienceProject management experienceComfortable with ambiguity and moving fastStrong time management and organizationAble to say no and stay steady under stressConfident presenter and communicatorGenuinely into AI — builds own workflows, not just uses chatNice to have:SaaS/e-commerce backgroundAdvanced, hands-on AI experience (e.g. vibe coding)What you can expect in return:An informal working environment where you'll have real ownership over how you build this function, right from the ground up.We work in hybrid mode as a team.
