About The Role The role owns the frontend architecture and user experience delivery for high-scale web applications used by millions of active users daily. The team works closely with product designers, backend engineers, and product managers to ship responsive, performant, and accessible interfaces. Key Responsibilities Architect, build, and maintain production-ready user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS toolingOptimize client-side performance, ensuring fast load times, smooth animations, and adherence to Core Web VitalsCollaborate with backend engineers to design RESTful and GraphQL APIs that efficiently support frontend data requirementsWrite comprehensive automated tests using Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress to guarantee UI reliabilityParticipate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to frontend engineering standards and documentation What We Are Looking For 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience with a primary focus on modern frontend developmentExpert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, state management libraries, and CSS/TailwindDeep understanding of web performance optimization techniques, browser rendering mechanics, and accessibility standardsExperience with frontend build tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud hosting platforms like Vercel or AWSBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience; Bonus: Experience building design systems or mobile apps with React Native
