Full-Stack Engineer

And we're now one of the fastest growing tech scale-ups in Europe. We are in search of a Fullstack Engineer to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our applications' backend and front end, ensuring seamless user experiences and powerful, scalable services that drive the smart locker revolution.. Fair warning: we're scaling fast and the data and reporting capabilities are scaling with us. You'll often need to pull from multiple systems and build the picture yourself before you can analyse it. If you need everything pre-structured to do good work, this isn't the role. What You’ll Be Doing Participate in all stages of development, from initial planning to post-development maintenanceDevelop both backend and frontend systems, ensuring they’re well-organized, scalable, testable, and easy to maintainSolve complex technical problems with creative, thorough, and practical solutionsProactively identify issues, bottlenecks, or opportunities for improvements and implement solutionsWrite clean, maintainable code and advocate for solid engineering principles like SOLIDContribute to a culture of best practices, high-quality code, and shared responsibility for testingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goalsMentor and guide junior engineers, fostering continuous learning and improvement What You’ll Bring To The Table Proven experience with both backend and frontend developmentHands-on experience with modern frameworks like Svelte, React.js, or others for frontend developmentExperience with backend development, APIs, and web-based applicationsFamiliar with testing strategies and implementing them at various levelsStrong understanding of continuous integration, deployment, and delivery practicesSolid experience with version control, logging, and monitoring toolsA proactive mindset with a focus on continuous learning and improvementExperience building clean, maintainable, and efficient code It Would Be Great If You Would Also Have Strong problem-solving abilities, with a critical mindset for tackling complex technical challengesFlexibility and willingness to adapt to evolving project needs and technologiesExperience working in cloud environments like AWS.
