Description
As the Pre-Owned Regional Development Manager - North England & Scotland, you'll work closely with Porsche Centres across your region to maximise Pre-Owned sales performance, strengthen dealer capability and drive sustainable growth.
By analysing performance data, coaching retailer teams, optimising inventory strategies, and implementing targeted improvement plans, you'll play a key role in enhancing profitability, improving customer experience, and ensuring every Centre consistently delivers the high standards expected of the Porsche Approved Pre-Owned programme.
Your commercial insight and ability to build trusted relationships will directly influence regional success and contribute to the continued growth of the Porsche network.
Please note this position is a full-time, permanent contract through our sole supplier; Dekra.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Sales Leadership β Deliver Pre Owned sales performance across the region.
Analysing performance, trends, and implementing corrective actions to achieve volume and profit goalsDrive the Porsche Pre Owned Strategy β Monitor Centre performance against strategic expectations, identify shortfalls, and partner with Centres to create and implement targeted plans that close gaps and deliver sustainable improvementDealer Network Development β Support and coach dealers to improve appraisal accuracy, stock turn, pricing discipline, and retail readinessInventory Strategy β Oversee stock mix, ageing, sourcing channels, and allocation to ensure optimal availability and margin performance.
Encourage engagement with all inventory sources, including PCGB vehicles and VWFS end of contract vehicles Performance Management β Conduct regular business reviews, assess KPIs, and implement tailored improvement plans for underperforming businessesOperational Excellence β Ensure compliance with brand standards, certification processes, reconditioning guidelines, and customer experience expectationsTraining & Coaching β Deliver training and coaching where needed on Pre-Owned topics such as pricing strategy and stock management best practicesCross Functional Collaboration β Work closely with other departments and group organisations to align regional execution with national objectivesReporting & Forecasting β Provide accurate forecasts, performance reports, and insights to senior leadership
Requirements
