Product Engineer

Our technology combines quantitative research, market expertise, data engineering and machine learning to help brokers and proprietary trading firms make better-informed, time-sensitive risk decisions. Together, our products give trading and risk teams the visibility and control they need to act with confidence. We're a team of engineers, quantitative researchers, trading specialists and commercial operators, and we're hiring our next Enterprise Account Executive to join our go-to-market team in Limassol. The role suits someone who has thrived inside an early-stage, high-growth B2B SaaS, fintech or AI company, ideally with a network in FX/CFD, and who brings the autonomy and commercial judgement to help shape how we sell. The role: You'll be early enough to shape the platform's next stage, not simply work through a finished roadmap. Own the product end to end. Take responsibility for its codebase, architecture, cloud environments, releases, production health and technical roadmap. Build across the stack. Develop Python services, analytics and data pipelines alongside Node.js/TypeScript APIs and application services.Partner closely with design and domain experts. Work with UX and Product Designers, trading and risk specialists, and the Technology Lead to turn user workflows into clear, testable product increments.Operate what you build. Run the platform on AWS or GCP, improving observability, cost control, incident response and release safety.Raise the engineering baseline through automated testing, CI/CD, documentation, runbooks, security and traceability. We're looking for someone who... Has owned production software across architecture, releases, monitoring, incidents and iteration.Has strong Python experience and practical experience building services or APIs with Node.js and TypeScript. Has operated systems on AWS or GCP and is comfortable with SQL, APIs, Docker, Git, CI/CD and automated testing.Understands observability, performance and reliability, uses sound product judgement and responds calmly when production systems fail.Communicates concisely, clarifies incomplete requirements, handles sensitive data responsibly and documents decisions so others can act on them.Experience with trading or fintech, time-series or streaming data, modern front-end frameworks, or infrastructure as code is useful, but not essential.
