Job Description – Python Developer Position: Python Developer Location: Singapore Experience: 5+ Years of Experience Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with strong programming skills and hands-on experience in modern software development, AI/ML technologies, databases, and CI/CD practices. Technical Skills – Required Strong knowledge of Python programming.Experience with open-source frameworks such as PyTorch, LangChain, etc.Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD).Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, TeamCity, or similar CI/CD tools.Experience working with databases such as RDBMS, NoSQL, or Graph databases. Technical Skills – Desired Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, including:Fine-tuningKnowledge distillationRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)MCPA2AGood understanding of core AI/ML concepts.Experience in data engineering.Experience with scripting languages/tools such as Shell scripting and Regular Expressions.Experience working with Agile methodologies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, and Retrospectives.Basic knowledge of Linux.Awareness of Docker, Ansible, Kubernetes, Splunk, and Public Cloud platforms.
