About The Role
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team remotely across the United States, with opportunities in primary hubs including Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Chicago, Minneapolis, Denver, and Portland.
The ideal candidate is an automation-minded professional who values reliability, repeatability, and treats infrastructure as code.
This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines, provisioning infrastructure, managing containerized applications, and collaborating closely with development teams to improve deployment processes, security, and system reliability.
The DevOps Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the health and performance of our clients’ infrastructure across multiple cloud platforms, utilizing a broad set of tools and automation techniques to deliver high-quality solutions.
Qualifications
Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell, and familiarity with YAMLExperience with infrastructure as code, specifically TerraformProficiency in configuration management tools such as AnsibleHands-on experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins and GitHub ActionsExperience with containerization and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, and HelmKnowledge of monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus and GrafanaWorking knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to adapt and thrive in a consulting environment with shifting priorities
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub ActionsProvision and manage infrastructure as code with Terraform and configuration management with AnsibleContainerize applications and orchestrate deployments with Docker, Kubernetes, and HelmAutomate operational tasks utilizing scripting languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, and YAMLDevelop monitoring and observability solutions with Prometheus and Grafana to ensure system healthOperate and optimize workloads across cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCPCollaborate with development teams to enhance deployment processes, system reliability, and security measuresTroubleshoot infrastructure issues, monitor system performance, and document infrastructure configurations and procedures
