Software Engineer (.NET / Blazor) Los Angeles, CA | Hybrid Are you a .NET developer who enjoys modernizing applications, solving complex business challenges, and building software that makes a real impact? We're looking for a Software Engineer to join a highly collaborative technology team focused on a multi-year application modernization initiative. You'll play a key role in transforming legacy applications into modern solutions while supporting a large portfolio of business-critical enterprise systems. What You'll Be Doing Modernize legacy ASP.NET Web Forms applications using BlazorDesign, develop, and support full-stack applications utilizing C#, .NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptAnalyze existing systems and collaborate on migration strategiesTroubleshoot production issues across applications and data environmentsDevelop and optimize SQL Server stored procedures, views, and database objectsWork closely with Business Analysts, QA teams, DBAs, and Infrastructure teamsParticipate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activitiesContribute to architecture discussions and best practices around application modernization Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional software development experienceStrong experience with C# and Microsoft .NETExperience building and supporting web applicationsHands-on Blazor development experienceExperience modernizing or migrating legacy .NET applicationsStrong SQL Server development and troubleshooting skillsExperience working with complex, data-driven enterprise applicationsStrong understanding of object-oriented programming principlesExcellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications ASP.NET Web Forms experienceExperience with ASP.NET Framework 4.xExperience supporting legacy systems while driving modernization effortsKnowledge of Blazor Server, WebAssembly, or Hybrid implementationsExperience working with large relational databasesExposure to enterprise application architecture and system integrations What Makes This Opportunity Different This is not a high-pressure startup environment or a role focused on constant job-hopping and rapid change. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Los Angeles, CA. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $135000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Hybrid Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, plus one additional day onsite 37.5-hour workweek Low-cost health, dental, and vision coverage Pension plan (fully vested after 5 years) 401(k) with employer match (50% match up to 5% contribution) 13 paid holidays 12 paid vacation days (amount increases with tenure up to 25 days) 12 sick days Workplace Type This is a hybrid position in Los Angeles,CA.
