Software Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role Design, develop, maintain, test, and evaluate software and cloud infrastructure securely. Understand business requirements, architecture, and technology direction. Incorporate state-of-the-art concepts for system functionality, scalability, resilience, security, and ease-of-use. Apply agile principles focusing on business value, collaboration, continuous improvement, and sustainability. Serve as a participating member on teams to develop, improve, and deliver product/system elements. Break down requirements into tangible, clear, and estimable objectives. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree and 4 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Skilled in analytical thinking, requirements analysis, and technical troubleshooting. Proficient in building partnerships, driving innovation, and focusing on execution. Availability for rotational on-call duties outside of standard business hours may be required. Ability to write end-to-end automated tests for critical components.
