About CoroCoro is Bain’s persistent product development and engineering organization serving the firm’s digital solutions across Commercial Excellence (B2B) and the newly established Demand Generation Suite (B2C).
Coro brings together technology, data, and services to build and operate proprietary solutions that create differentiated value for Bain’s clients and case teams.
This role sits within the newly established B2C pillar of Coro, building the technical foundation for Artemis – Bain’s AI-driven marketing and commercial investment allocation platform, and one of three products in the Demand Generation Suite.
Job SummaryThe Staff Engineer I role is a full stack engineering position that builds end-to-end product features across the Artemis backend (Python/FastAPI) and frontend (React/TypeScript), ensuring the platform's user-facing capabilities are functional, reliable, and usable by consultants and clients in live engagements.
Full Stack Engineers own specific feature areas within Artemis and the broader Demand Generation Suite product workstreams and are responsible for both the API layer and the React components that surface those capabilities to users.
For Artemis, this includes the marketing mix model configuration interface, channel allocation dashboards, scenario planning tools, and client-ready output views.
This is a delivery-focused engineering role.
The ability to ship complete, tested features independently — without waiting for a backend or frontend specialist to hand off — is the core contribution.
Additional responsibilities include participating in support and operations by identifying system defects, leading troubleshooting efforts, directing code deployments, and mentoring junior engineers.
