Job Description As a Sales Coordinator focusing on our Japan/Korea markets, you will bring critical project management skills crucial to speeding up the sales process, keeping deals organised by working closely with the deal team, including BDs, AMs, Pre-sales, legal, compliance, implementation, product, engineering, etc to ensure deals run smoothly from qualified opportunity to signed contract. This is a pivotal role on our deal team, organising and managing strategic deals across the region. Your focus will be on project managing strategic deals, owning stakeholder management, and RFP submissions, working with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on deal timelines and more. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to sell better, quicker, and win larger deals. What you’ll be doing: Strategic Deal Project Management - Lead and manage the highest impact and most complex opportunities. This involves coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders to adhere to agreed timelines and ensure the timely completion of all critical elements. Maintain deal team accountability and proactively manage potential risks throughout the deal process. Stakeholder Maps and engagement management: Develop and maintain detailed stakeholder maps for key deals and accounts within the APAC region. Proactively manage engagement with internal and external stakeholders, including working and C-Level stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment on goals, and timely execution of deal activities. Manage the end-to-end Request for Proposal/Information (RFP/I) process, including coordinating information gathering from Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance teams, reviewing and editing proposals for clarity and compliance, maintaining an up-to-date repository of standard responses, and ensuring timely submission. Coordinating deal workstreams, decisions, and communication to ensure internal and external alignment. Drive the deal teams forward across opportunities by assisting with tasks such as managing regular project cadences across internal and external teams, at both working and executive levels, and participating in RFP submissions. Collaborate with the wider sales operations team to impact global initiatives, adding resources and tools to empower selling individuals for more effective, efficient, and successful deals. Supporting various content and event strategies to effectively help create top of the funnel across APAC. Qualifications You'd be a great fit for the role if you have: Strong proficiency in spoken and written Japanese or Korean is required to liaise with non-English speaking clients, review localized RFP documents, and manage deal stakeholders in the Japan or South Korea markets. At least 2 years of experience in sales enablement or GTM roles within payments, banking, financial services, consulting, or SaaS industries Demonstrated experience directing and governing complex project portfolios with multiple concurrent streams and internal/external stakeholders Expertise with project management and collaboration tools – e.g Airtable, Asana, Google sheets, Slack, etc Able to extract and translate raw data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for stakeholders. With the ability to understand and write basic SQL queries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Detail-oriented and organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive and creative thinker who can contribute fresh ideas to the team. Resourceful and adaptable, with a strong ability to build processes from scratch and iterate in a fast-paced environment Some Extra Skills That Would Be Awesome Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) Experience as part of a team selling to enterprises (multi-stakeholder deals).
