About The Role We are seeking an experienced Lead Front-End Engineer to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a startup environment, demonstrating a strong passion for rapid development without compromising the quality and longevity of the technology. You will collaborate closely with engineering leadership and product teams to ensure the seamless implementation of new features and enhancements. As a key member of our cross-functional agile development team, you will take ownership of critical projects, mentor less experienced engineers, participate in technical interviews, and contribute to shaping our front-end architecture. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely initially, with the potential to be based in California once circumstances permit. Our focus is on building innovative solutions while fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous learning.
