Key Responsibilities:
Strengthen DevOps capabilities to deliver reliable, scalable, and automated operations.Secure CI/CD pipelines and ensure deployment reliability.Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using Git-based ecosystems (GitHub Actions, GitLab) and automation tools.Implement GitOps practices (ArgoCD, FluxCD) and Helm-based deployments.Automate build, integration, and deployment processes across environments.Manage Azure cloud infrastructure (AKS, storage, networking).Define and maintain infrastructure as code (Terraform).Manage containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) to ensure scalability and resilience.Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging to improve observability.Integrate secure practices, including secrets management (HashiCorp Vault).Optimize artifact repositories (Artifactory, NuGet).Support incident resolution and ensure production stability.Collaborate with backend and mobile teams to align DevOps practices.
What we’re looking for?
Strong experience in DevOps, Cloud, or SRE roles.Hands-on expertise in CI/CD, GitOps, and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).Proven experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure (AKS, storage, networking).Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and deployment automation.Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and incident management.Experience with distributed systems, APIs, and backend architectures.Testing strategies (integration, load, stress).Agile environment experience.Fluency in English and ability to work in a multicultural team.Proactive mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.Based in Lisbon (Carnaxide), with 50% weekly on-site presence.
