About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front End Software Developer to join our dynamic team in Tampa, FL. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and enhancing web-based and desktop applications that are vital to our clients' operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in modern web development technologies and a passion for creating intuitive and responsive user interfaces. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, data scientists, and database engineers, to deliver seamless and efficient digital solutions. Qualifications The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of experience working with a modern web technology stack is required, along with proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Candidates should have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in web application development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies. Demonstrated experience working with Restful APIs and relational databases is essential. A solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and the ability to translate wireframes into functional code are highly valued. Additionally, proficiency in troubleshooting cross-browser compatibility issues and ensuring optimal performance across platforms is necessary. Responsibilities Design, prototype, develop, and implement web and desktop applications using modern programming technologies to meet client specifications and project requirements.Create engaging and user-friendly interfaces adhering to current UX/UI standards, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness across devices.Utilize JavaScript, HTML, HTML5, and CSS to build high-performance, scalable, and responsive user interfaces.Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Integrators, Data Scientists, and Database Engineers to troubleshoot and optimize interface capabilities and data flow.Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and enhance the overall user experience.Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between front-end applications and backend systems.Conduct cross-browser testing and troubleshooting to ensure compatibility and performance consistency across various platforms and browsers.Stay current with emerging web technologies and incorporate best practices into development processes.
