Software Engineer – Cost Analytics

The Impact You Will Create The Commerce Platform domain is responsible for all commercial aspects. Within the Commerce Platform domain, our Cost Management team develops and operates services that collect our customers' cloud resource consumption, cleans and processes the data, and thus lays the foundation for billing. We are the central place at STACKIT for the monetization of our cloud. To achieve this, we work closely with all product teams. In 2026, we are building and scaling our cost analytics platform to provide insight into cloud costs to customers as well as internal stakeholders and management. To build this high-performance, data-driven system, we need your expertise. Are you up for the challenge? As part of a small, cross-functional team, you are responsible for everything from concept, design and implementation to operation (“You build it, you run it”).Together with your team and the product owner, you develop the product strategy with your team, collect requirements and plan their technical implementation.You support and consult our internal teams to visualize and understand cloud costs and help them gain insights about profit and losses.You continuously automate and optimize all technical processes on an ongoing basis.
