This position is responsible for providing DevOps and Application Operations support across critical enterprise platforms.
The role will partner closely with development, infrastructure, and engineering teams to enable reliable software delivery through CI/CD automation, cloud and container platform support, and operational excellence practices.
Key responsibilities include managing and enhancing build, deployment, and release processes; supporting development, test, pre-production, and production environments; troubleshooting complex application and platform issues; and driving automation initiatives that improve efficiency, stability, and scalability.
The candidate will work with technologies such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, JFrog Artifactory, Ansible Tower, XLR, OpenShift/Kubernetes, AWS, and HashiCorp Vault while ensuring compliance with enterprise security and risk-management standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.7+ years of experience in Application Support, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or a related technology role.Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and processes, including Jenkins, Bitbucket, JFrog Artifactory, and release orchestration platforms such as XLR.Experience supporting Java/J2EE applications and modern application frameworks in large-scale enterprise environments.Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including OpenShift and Kubernetes.Working knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and related infrastructure services.Experience with configuration management and automation tools such as Ansible Tower.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex production issues across application, middleware, and infrastructure layers.Experience supporting mission-critical applications in highly regulated environments with a focus on stability, security, and operational excellence.Familiarity with software supply chain security, vulnerability remediation, certificate management, and secrets management solutions such as HashiCorp Vault.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
