Rezzil creates innovative sports technology products across performance, gaming and broadcast.
Our products serve professional teams, athletes, broadcasters and consumers, spanning VR, mobile, console and real-time 3D experiences.
Our exar.live platform provides the ingest and data transport infrastructure for live sports data, powering our own analysis tools, broadcast solutions, augmented reality graphics and virtual production experiences.
Alongside continuing to develop our existing products, we are expanding into new areas including computer vision and AI-led sports technology.
Rezzil is based in Manchester and London, with flexible and hybrid working options available depending on the role.
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and aspirational senior developer to join our growing Platform & Data Services team as we enter the next chapter in Rezzil’s history.
Your role would involve taking feature and fix requests from beginning to end while collaborating, guiding, and coordinating with other developers to ensure deliveries are of a high quality.
You would help shape development and system design decisions, build processes and workflows, and report/support upwards on progress, blockers, and more.
Required Skills
There will always be room to learn and develop, but as a minimum we require some proficiency in:
JavaScript/TypeScript (NodeJS or similar backend development experience)Web socket or Socket.IO based developmentDatabase design and management skillsLinux/macOS maintenance and management including good familiarity with a command lineKanban workflows/Scrum knowledge and/or experienceUnit/feature/integration testingDocker
