Key Responsibilities:
Application support and enhancements for PHP-based applicationsWebsite maintenance, performance monitoring, and bug fixesSupporting platform-related activities (including basic admin tasks as guided by customer team)
Additional Responsibility (~20%):
Provide onsite IT / Smart Hands support, including:End-user support (laptops, basic troubleshooting)Coordination for infrastructure/network issuesBasic onsite activities such as workstation setup and IT closet checks
