How You Will Make an Impact: Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirementsIdentify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.Build the Data pipeline/Business solution required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQLBuild analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer’s key business performance metrics (Build algorithms and prototypes)Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their Data pipeline/Business solution needsCreate data solutions for analytics and data scientist team membersDrive reusability, standardization, and continuous improvement of data systems by identifying opportunities to enhance data quality, reliability, and data acquisition What Makes You a Great Fit: 2+ years of hands-on experience as data professional in a data analyst or data engineer roleStrong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and transformationSolid knowledge of data automation and/or ELT/ETL tools or languages, such as KNIME, Alteryx, Pentaho, etc.Good scripting or programming skills using any of programming languages, with Python as preferenceSolid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modellingDevops experience with using GIT for developing and deploying code to productionFluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level Why You Will Love Working Here: Flexibility.
