Flutter Developer - Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer to join our mobile development team. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of professional mobile development experience and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using the Flutter framework. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead technical initiatives, mentor junior developers, work on innovative projects, and contribute strategically to our organization's mobile strategy. Key Responsibilities Design and implement sophisticated user interfaces that are intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and production-ready code following best practices and coding standards Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across different devices, OS versions, and network conditions Integrate and manage third-party APIs, SDKs, and services into mobile applications Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept, design, development, testing, deployment to maintenance Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth and skill development Stay updated with the latest Flutter developments, tools, industry best practices, and emerging technologies Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, methodologies, and architectural decisions Participate in technical discussions and provide recommendations for technology stack and architectural improvements. Ensure code quality through implementation of testing strategies and quality assurance practices Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) Minimum 4-6 years of professional mobile application development experience Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart programming language Proven track record of developing and shipping production-grade mobile applications on iOS and Android Deep understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns (MVC, MVVM, BLoC, Provider, River-pod, etc.), and architectural principles Strong expertise with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integration of backend services Advanced proficiency with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows Extensive experience with mobile app testing frameworks and comprehensive testing methodologies (Unit, Widget, Integration, E2E) Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork abilities with proven experience working in cross-functional teams Solid experience with Android and iOS development environments, tools, and platform-specific considerations Experience with performance optimization, memory management, and debugging tools Preferred Qualifications Advanced experience with state management solutions (Provider, River-pod, GetX, BLoC, Redux) Extensive knowledge of Firebase ecosystem (Real-time Database, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Authentication, Analytics) Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications Strong familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development Significant contributions to open-source projects, particularly Flutter-related projects Experience with app performance optimization, profiling, and monitoring tools Deep knowledge of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards Experience with app security best practices, encryption, and secure data storage Knowledge of mobile app monetization strategies and analytics integration Experience leading technical teams or mentoring developers Familiarity with platform-specific features and capabilities (push notifications, location services, camera, etc.) Technical Skills Flutter SDK and Dart language (advanced proficiency) Mobile app architecture and design patterns State management solutions (Provider, River-pod, BLoC, GetX) RESTful API design and integration GraphQL implementation and integration Database management (SQLite, Firebase Real-time Database, Firestore, Hive) Authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, Firebase Auth) Version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bit-bucket) Testing frameworks and methodologies (Unit, Widget, Integration, E2E testing) Android Studio and Xcode IDEs Package management and dependency resolution Performance profiling and optimization tools CI/CD tools and platforms (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Fast-lane, etc.) Firebase and cloud services App security and data encryption Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Problem-solving and analytical thinking Time management and organizational skills Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies Attention to detail and commitment to quality Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
