Responsibilities Create technical documentation for automotive lighting systems and featuresBe end-to-end responsible for the correct alignment, implementation and delivery of corresponding lighting featuresAnalyze customer requirements and technical specifications for lighting systemsSupport the calibration, configuration and tuning of lighting functions on the corresponding car lineDefine parameters, functionality and performance of lighting products according to customer requirementsCoordinate different teams, competencies and vendors to secure proper implementation of lighting featuresAnalyze assigned lighting feature performance under test drive and vehicle conditionsActively support and cooperate with software, hardware, testing and validation engineersActively participate in system reviews, design reviews and project meetingsMaintain direct contact with the customer regarding project and technical topicsActively participate in technical innovations and organizational improvement programsAccomplish tasks in accordance with E&S quality standards and project schedules Requirements Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Computer Science or a related fieldKnowledge of electronics and basic electronic measurement principlesAt least 2 year of experience in a System Engineer role, preferably in automotive - is a mustGood knowledge of Polarion - is a mustKnowledge of automotive lighting systems, components and related technologies - nice haveFamiliarity with microcontrollers and software programmingGood command of EnglishTeam-oriented approach and strong communication skillsHonesty and professionalism in relationships with the company, clients and cooperating partnersStrong familiarity with MS OfficeMethodical approach to problem solving; basic knowledge of Python is an advantageAbility and willingness to travelKnowledge of functional safety (FuSa / ISO 26262) is an advantage We Offer Ability to work remotely (However, the candidate is expected to be available on-site for workshops and key meetings)Flexible forms of cooperation (employment contract or B2B) – tailored to the candidate's preferences and the specific nature of the roleFlexible working hoursDiversified and international projectsPrivate medical care (Medicover)Medicover Sport CardFunding of preventive mental health support Please note that we do not provide visa sponsorship or relocation support.
