The Technology & Digital department is actively looking to recruit an Android or iOS Software Engineer for the Digital Banking Engineering team within the Technology & Digital Division to join the team in Nicosia offices. We’re looking for highly motivated Engineers to join our Development Team with a passion for building and deploying native robust, scalable and extendible software. The team will be working in an agile fashion on a variety of projects poised to bolster our online offering while maintaining a strong focus on automated testing and continuous delivery, following mobile development latest trends and practices. Main ResponsibilitiesBuild and extend features within the digital mobile banking platform app. Collaborate in an agile team to build clean, maintainable and scalable code.Contribute to testing, releasing and application support.Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance.Actively participate in daily scrum stand-ups and other ceremonies.Stay up-to-date with new technology and best practices. Candidate Profile Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science or in a related field.Postgraduate degree in Computer Science or in a related field will be considered an advantage.At least 3 years of working experience in mobile development.Native mobile app development experience on iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin).Familiar with remote data via REST APIs.Ability to make use of standard libraries and APIs.Knowledge about deployment and release of mobile apps.Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.Attentive to detail, methodical, diligent.Ability to take initiatives, work in teams or alone as needed.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work within specific and strict timelines.Fluency in Greek an English, both verbal and written.
