About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and operation of modern web applications across our SaaS portfolio, including Praxis, Agentic AI, ifap, Therafox, and Intermedix. In this role, you will work across the entire technology stack—front-end, back-end, and DevOps—to deliver innovative solutions that integrate AI-native features and agentic experiences. Your expertise will help us embed large language models (LLMs), retrieval mechanisms, tool-use, and structured workflows into our products, creating significant value for healthcare professionals, practice teams, and patients alike. You will design, develop, and maintain cloud-native services with a focus on reliability, security, and developer productivity, while continuously expanding shared agents, skills, pipelines, and harnesses. Collaborating closely with product management, UX, architecture, and engineering teams, you will help elevate engineering and AI quality standards, shaping best practices for agentic healthcare applications. Your understanding of healthcare workflows and outcome-driven mindset will ensure our solutions meet user needs and business goals effectively.
