About The Role As a Principal Software Engineer at Veeva, you will be a foundational member of a pioneering team building a new AI-driven platform that aims to revolutionize how life sciences companies manage safety, regulatory, and clinical development processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence and shape a codebase and engineering organization from the ground up. You will wear multiple hats, collaborating closely with product management and development teams to deliver innovative solutions. The platform will be AI-first, leveraging artificial intelligence not only to enhance engineering productivity and discipline but also to develop solutions that address complex industry challenges. Within your first year, you will see your work live with customers, contributing to a product that accelerates the delivery of life-saving therapies. The role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for building scalable, high-quality enterprise SaaS applications and a desire to mentor and develop engineering talent.
