About the role
We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer to join a team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions using the UiPath platform.
The role focuses on automating repetitive business processes, improving operational efficiency, and supporting digital transformation initiatives.
You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver stable, scalable, and maintainable automation solutions.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in RPA development, preferably with UiPath.Strong hands-on experience with the UiPath platform, particularly Studio, Orchestrator, and Insight.Experience with programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, Python, or similar.Good knowledge of API integrations and SQL/databases.Experience with workflow automation, debugging, testing, and deployment.Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Understanding of the Elastic Robots concept.Familiarity with the latest UiPath platform features, particularly AI/ML-related capabilities.Experience working in an Agile environment.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a high attention to detail.Good communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional and international teams.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.UiPath certification (Developer Associate / Professional or equivalent) is required.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath.Build scalable RPA solutions and bots aligned with business requirements.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing automation processes.Maintain and enhance existing automations to ensure stability and performance.Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Monitor bot performance and support smooth production operations, including CI/CD processes.Integrate automations with other systems using APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.Create and maintain technical and process documentation, including SDD and technical designs.Follow development standards, governance processes, and RPA best practices.Work in an Agile environment and contribute to continuous improvement of automation solutions.
