Senior Fabric Data & BI Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Fabric Data & BI Engineer with strong end to end experience across data engineering, Microsoft Fabric, semantic modeling, and Power BI. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing and explaining a complete enterprise data pipeline from source extraction through ingestion, transformation, modeling, and business intelligence reporting. Key Responsibilities • Extract and integrate data from SQL Server, NetSuite, and other enterprise data sources • Build and maintain ingestion pipelines using Microsoft Fabric Data Factory • Design data solutions using Medallion Architecture • Work with Fabric Lakehouse and Warehouse environments • Develop scalable semantic models for analytics and reporting • Build advanced DAX calculations and measures • Develop Power BI dashboards and reports • Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across the pipeline • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders on analytics requirements • Support end to end data architecture from source systems through reporting Required Skills • Strong Microsoft Fabric experience • Fabric Data Factory • SQL Server • NetSuite data extraction or similar ERP source extraction • Medallion Architecture • Lakehouse and Data Warehouse concepts • Semantic modeling • Advanced DAX • Power BI • Azure data ecosystem • Data pipeline design Technical Interview Requirement Candidates must be able to whiteboard and explain a complete daily data pipeline live during the interview, including: On Premises SQL → Fabric Data Factory → Medallion Architecture → Power BI Candidates should be able to explain ingestion, transformation, storage, modeling, and reporting decisions throughout the pipeline. Certification At Least One Of The Following Is Required • Microsoft DP 600: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate • Microsoft DP 203: Azure Data Engineer Associate Certification must be verifiable through an official transcript or credential. Resume claims alone will not be considered sufficient. Proof of Work Candidates Must Provide At Least One Of The Following • GitHub • GitLab • Sanitized technical portfolio • Relevant project examples The submitted work should demonstrate practical experience with data pipelines, DAX, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or related technologies.
