Description

We are looking for an AI Software Development Engineer to contribute to evolving legal-focused AI initiatives, from early prototypes to production systems. The role combines practical software engineering with LLM-based solutions, structured information extraction, and reliable integration with existing enterprise products. Requirements: Three or more years of AI, software development, or related engineering experience;Strong software engineering fundamentals;Hands-on experience with MCP, LLMs, RAG systems, LangChain, or LlamaIndex;Experience delivering production-ready ML or AI solutions with monitoring and scalability in mind;Ability to integrate Python-based AI solutions with C# or Java products, or willingness to learn the required integration concepts.Responsibilities: Build and improve AI solutions across projects at different maturity stages;Develop structured information-extraction workflows using NLP and LLMs;Prepare AI services for integration with existing enterprise products;Collaborate with legal, ML, DevOps, MLOps, and SRE specialists;Work with tools such as OpenAI APIs, PostgreSQL, and OpenSearch.Nice to Have: Understanding of core ML algorithms including classification, regression, clustering, and neural networks;Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP;Experience with legal-tech or enterprise information-extraction solutions.Working Conditions: Remote;Overlap: Full CET overlap;Target start date: TBD.
