Copilot Agent and SDLC Platform Engineer

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain platforms supporting GitHub Copilot Custom Agents.Build and manage MCP servers, developer context databases, and lightweight RAG pipelines.Integrate solutions into SDLC processes through workflow automation and orchestration.Ensure compliance with software quality, security, and engineering standards.Collaborate with global engineering teams to improve developer productivity.Requirements 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, or workflow automation.Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, VS Code, and orchestration tools such as Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster.Proficiency in SQL, Python/Node.js/Scala, and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform or CloudFormation).Experience with MCP servers and data platforms such as OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, Neo4j, or vector search technologies.Experience in automotive or other regulated software environments is highly preferred.Knowledge of ISO 26262, ASPICE, MISRA, and ISO 21434 is an advantage.Strong English communication skills and experience working in international teams.
