Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Role Summary We are hiring a skilled QA Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work on a variety of projects both internal initiatives and client-facing applications, ensuring the delivery of high quality, reliable, and user-friendly web experiences. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 3 years in Quality Assurance, with 2 years of hands-on experience in automation testing.At least 2 years of experience using Cypress or Selenium for UI and functional testing.Solid understanding of the JavaScript stack and experience working with GitFlow for version control.Proven experience testing desktop applications on both Windows and macOS.Proficiency with cross browser and cross device testing strategies.Familiarity with SaaS platforms and testing complex distributed systems, including backend and third-party API integrations.Ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, bug reports, and documentation.Experience using project management tools like ClickUp and working within CI/CD environments.Comfortable communicating with both technical teams and clients to gather requirements and share testing insights. Preferred Qualifications Proven experience executing comprehensive QA testing for e-commerce platforms and integrated systems.Experience using virtual machines and simulators for environment replication. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive manual and automated test suites across mobile and desktop environments to ensure a seamless user experience.Deconstruct complex product features into clear, repeatable, and automated test cases.Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks to support reliable and efficient CI/CD pipelines.Work closely with developers and product stakeholders to identify risks early and provide feedback during planning, design reviews, and retrospectives.Quickly master new systems and third-party integrations, providing insights into technical workflows and potential bottlenecks.Advocate for automation best practices and simulation techniques to drive consistent business value and delivery speed.
