Job DescriptionAbout the RoleWe are looking for an analytical, passionate, and detail-oriented Laravel Developer with 1+ year of professional experience to join our development team in Mahalaxmi, Imadol-04, Lalitpur.
In this role, you will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining scalable web applications, designing robust backend architectures, and integrating modern frontend interfaces.
You will work closely with our designers, project managers, and digital marketing team to deliver high-quality, reliable, and secure web solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesBackend Application Development: Build, maintain, and scale robust web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.Database Design & Management: Design efficient database schemas (MySQL / PostgreSQL), write optimized Eloquent queries, and manage migrations, seeders, and model relationships.API Development & Integration: Develop secure, clean RESTful APIs and integrate external third-party services, APIs, and payment gateways.Code Quality & Best Practices: Write modular, clean, and maintainable code adhering to standard OOP principles, MVC patterns, and PSR coding standards.Security & Optimization: Implement core security standards (CSRF, XSS prevention, authentication/authorization) and optimize application speed and database indexing.Collaboration & Git: Utilize Git/GitHub for version control, branch management, collaborative workflows, and code maintenance.Testing & Troubleshooting: Debug application issues, resolve technical bottlenecks, and support feature deployments across staging and production environments.
Requirements & QualificationsExperience: 1+ year of professional, hands-on experience in PHP and Laravel development.Core Framework Knowledge: Strong command of Laravel core concepts (Routing, Middleware, Controllers, Eloquent ORM, Blade templating, and Request Validation).Database Skills: Good working knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL, relational data modeling, and query optimization.Frontend Basics: Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, and responsive UI frameworks (Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS).Tools & Version Control: Proficiency with Git, GitHub, Composer, and API testing tools like Postman.Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities, eagerness to learn new technologies, and good team collaboration skills.
