What You'll Be Doing Build and own highly scalable, user-facing applications from concept to production.Design, develop, and maintain modern web experiences using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.Work closely with founders, product leaders, and customers to influence product direction.Drive frontend architecture decisions and establish engineering best practices.Help recruit and mentor future engineering hires as the company scales. What We're Looking For Strong commercial experience building modern web applications.Expert-level JavaScript/TypeScript skills.Extensive React and Next.js experience.Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimisation, and UX best practices.Startup mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.Comfortable taking ownership and making a significant impact from day one.
