We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to join a leading high-tech electronics company in Eindhoven. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring product quality across the full lifecycle, with a strong focus on New Product Introduction (NPI), customer quality, and electronics manufacturing environments (PCBA). Your role As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet both internal standards and customer expectations from development through to mass production and end-of-life You will work closely with engineering, production, and customers to ensure robust quality processes and continuous improvement Key responsibilities include Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) from a quality perspective (design transfer, process validation, risk assessmentActing as the main contact for customer quality issues and escalationsLeading root cause analysis (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa) and driving structural solutionsEnsuring alignment between customer requirements and internal processesSupporting electronics / PCBA manufacturing processesDriving continuous improvement in product and process qualityCollaborating closely with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams Your profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or similarAround 7 years of experience in Quality EngineeringStrong experience in electronics manufacturing environments (PCBA is a plus)Solid background in NPI and/or customer qualityExperience with quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, APQPStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsConfident communicator, able to work with both internal stakeholders and customers About Xelvin You find it a challenge to find the right match and to map out what is required to relocate to the Netherlands.
