The Opportunity We’re looking for a Graduate Front-End Web Developer to join our growing in-house product and technology team. What You’ll Be Doing Front-End Development Build and improve modern front-end experiences across Today Digital websites and web applicationsDevelop responsive, high-performance interfaces for desktop and mobileHelp modernise legacy user journeys and site functionalityBuild reusable UI components and front-end modulesUser Experience & Journey Optimisation Improve website usability, navigation, and engagement flowsHelp optimise information architecture across multiple brandsAnalyse audience behaviour and identify friction points in user journeysSupport A/B testing and iterative UX improvementsAI-Powered Product Innovation Help design and build AI-powered features that improve: content discoverysearchpersonalisationaudience engagementloyaltyExamples may include: AI assistantssmarter searchpersonalised recommendationsinteractive data toolsconversational UXWeb Application Development You’ll work on modern web apps powering our news publications and other digital properties.
