This role is for a builder who thrives on ambiguity, not just a ticket-taker. The work Take full ownership of features, from concept to deployment, impacting a platform managing significant assets.Work across a modern full-stack: React, Remix, TypeScript on the frontend; Golang on the backend.Shape product direction, defining problems and solutions alongside product and design.Integrate AI tools into your daily development workflow, moving beyond basic autocomplete to genuine leverage.Contribute to defining and scaling an AI-native engineering practice. What You Bring Proven experience as a full-stack engineer on user-facing products, comfortable across frontend and backend.Ability to frame business problems and think in trade-offs, not just technical solutions.Demonstrable experience using AI tools in your development workflow, with a clear understanding of prompting and reasoning.A track record of mentoring engineers and contributing to team growth.Strong testing habits: unit, integration, and end-to-end automation.
